Disc adjustable resistor
Multiple adjustable resistance values can be made using different resistance winding wires on the disc adjustable resistor, which has the characteristics of high power, moisture resistance, and wide resistance range. The power range is wide, and higher power can be negotiated and customized.
The disc adjustable resistor is made by winding high-quality resistor alloy wire around a C-shaped ceramic ring. In addition to the sliding contact surface, the entire resistor ring is coated with non combustible resin paint to protect the wire and improve heat dissipation. After drying in the shade, it is fixed on a circular chassis with a special electronic bonding material. After high-temperature baking, other hardware accessories are installed, and a center rotating adjustment part is installed. The carbon brush is driven by the rotating shaft to slide on the resistor wire to obtain the required resistance value.
