It requires accurate current monitoring for stable operation, overload protection, and performance optimization, making reliable current sampling components essential.
Milliohm: Indicates the resistance value range of the resistor, typically in the milliohm (mΩ) level (1 milliohm = 0.001 ohm). This low resistance ensures minimal voltage drop and power loss when large currents pass through, making it suitable for high-current sampling scenarios common in frequency converters.
Manganese copper: Refers to the core material of the resistor. Manganese copper (a copper-manganese-nickel alloy) is chosen for its excellent properties: low temperature coefficient of resistance (ensuring stable resistance under temperature fluctuations), high resistivity, and good solderability.
