1. Characteristics and application of capacitor

1.1.1 size specification serialization, suitable for surface mount components of
hybrid integrated circuits or printed circuits
1.1.2 It has the characteristics of high Q value, low ESR and high reliability
1.1.3 Low loss, high capacitance stability, high working frequency.
1.1.4 It is applicable to high-frequency circuits, VHF microwave sections, RF and
amplification circuits in all kinds of equipment.
1.2 main performance indicators
Temperature coefficient: COG:0 ± 30ppm/ ºC
electric capacity drift: not more than ± 0.2% or ± 0.05pf, whichever is greater.
quality factor (Q value): greater than 2000 when the frequency is 1MHz/1KHz
insulation resistance: at 20 ºC: ≥ 100000m Ω
working temperature: -55 ~ 125 ºC
