The SMBJ5.0 THRU SMBJ440CA series is a range of surface mount transient voltage suppressors (TVS diodes) designed to protect electronic circuits from voltage spikes and transient surges. Available in a compact SMB (DO-214AA) package, these devices offer high-performance overvoltage protection for various applications, with voltage ratings spanning from 5.0V to 440V (bi-directional CA types) to meet diverse circuit requirements.
